At the conference, delegates reviewed the life, revolutionary career and great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the Vietnamese people.
After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo (12th tenure) on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", Xuan Loc district has achieved many positive results, contributing to strongly spreading the spirit of studying and following Uncle Ho in the community. Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle has become a regular and widespread activity, contributing to raising the political awareness and responsibility of cadres, party members and people. In particular, the patriotic emulation movement associated with studying and following Uncle Ho has been implemented vigorously and effectively. Xuan Loc district has developed 325 models of following Uncle Ho, including economic model groups, new rural areas, administrative procedure reform, encouragement of learning and talent, humanitarian charity, national defense and security. In which, many outstanding models are: Model self-managed roads; Raising piggy banks to encourage learning, Waking up people to sleep peacefully... have contributed to improving life and promoting socio-economic development in the locality. In addition, Xuan Loc also focuses on promoting emulation movements such as "All people unite to build cultural life in residential areas", "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind", creating a strong influence, improving the spiritual and material life of the people.
