Xuan Loc district has just organized the groundbreaking ceremony for package 7, Xuan Truong Kindergarten project, Xuan Truong commune.
The project invested by the District Project Management Board includes items such as: Construction of 10 new classrooms; gymnasium; warehouse, along with auxiliary works and technical infrastructure such as Leveling; Earth retaining wall; Closed fence; Underground tank + pump house; Overall water supply and drainage system; Power supply and lighting system; Road yard, green curb and connecting bridge with a total construction investment cost of nearly 20 billion VND, from the district budget. Of which, package 7 (construction and installation) is worth nearly 15 billion VND, compensation costs, support for site clearance is more than 1 billion 7 hundred million VND, the rest is the investment cost for fire prevention and fighting system, lightning protection, tables, chairs, equipment, etc. The investment in the construction of Xuan Truong Kindergarten aims to ensure facilities for teaching and learning, contributing to the completion of the criteria in the set of advanced and model new rural areas of Xuan Loc commune and district. The project is under the responsibility of Phi Nhan Phat Company Limited - One Member Company Limited, expected to be completed within 270 days.
